Tea caddies, snuffboxes, and inkwells were once commonly used items during the 18th, 19th, and early 20th centuries. The tea caddies held loose tea, the snuffboxes held smokeless tobacco, and the inkwells held ink. Although no longer used today, they are very popular among antique collectors.
